Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

SRK Handlooms ships across India and may offer international shipping for selected locations. Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order values as announced from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message.
  • Tracking details and courier information to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

SRK Handlooms shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. SRK Handlooms will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address details
  • Incorrect contact information

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and photographs of the package/product.
  3. Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the destination country’s customs authorities.
