At SRK Handlooms, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice are available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging and tags.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Size or color issues (subject to stock availability).

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be provided at our discretion.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@srkhandlooms.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Attach clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
  4. Our support team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
