At SRK Handlooms, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice are available.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging and tags.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Size or color issues (subject to stock availability).
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be provided at our discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@srkhandlooms.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
- Attach clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our support team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
